Report an error
Include the property address or reference, report date, the relevant finding and an explanation or supporting source. Owners and businesses may request review of a reference to their premises. We aim to respond within 10 working days. We assess evidence and may correct or qualify a finding; a request does not automatically establish that a record is wrong.
Privacy and account deletion
See privacy and delete account. Statutory requests are handled within the applicable deadlines.
Payment or access problems
Do not purchase the report again before contacting us about a missing entitlement. See purchase and refund information. Never email passwords or card details.
Understanding a report
Confirm the matched address. Missing records do not establish that a property has no issues. Estimates are not professional valuations; contact a qualified surveyor or solicitor for advice. See score methodology and sources and credits.
